Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a direct manufacturer with our own production facility near Shenyang, China. Our international sales and export team operates from Shenyang, giving overseas customers direct access to the factory for production coordination, quality control, customization, and export support.

Q3: Where are your factory and office located?

Our manufacturing facility is located near Shenyang, China, and our international sales and export office is in Shenyang. Q4: Can you supply neutral or private-label products?

Yes. We can supply neutral products without a consumer brand logo on the enclosure. We also support OEM and private-label arrangements. Rating plates, model numbers, electrical specifications, safety warnings, serial numbers, traceability information, and legally required certification markings remain on the product regardless of branding option. Customization scope depends on the model and order quantity.

Q6: What battery chemistry do you use, and why?

Most of our current stationary energy storage batteries use LiFePO4 (LFP) chemistry because of its thermal stability and cycle-life potential. Our battery models are rated for 6,000 or more cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DoD). Actual cycle life depends on the battery model, depth of discharge, operating temperature, charge/discharge rate, and usage conditions. Detailed cycle-life information is provided in the relevant product datasheet for each model.

Q7: What is a home energy storage system?

A home energy storage system stores electricity from solar panels or the grid for later use, such as during peak-rate periods, power outages, or when solar generation is insufficient. Depending on the model, a home ESS may integrate a battery, inverter, BMS, and monitoring functions in one unit, or it may use separate components. Usable capacity and system configuration vary by product model, load requirements, and backup duration needs.

Q8: What is the difference between a hybrid and an off-grid inverter?

A hybrid inverter manages solar generation, battery storage, grid connection, and connected loads within one system. It may support grid-tied operation and battery backup, depending on the model and local grid regulations. An off-grid inverter is designed primarily for locations without grid access or where grid supply is unreliable. Whether a hybrid inverter can feed power back to the grid depends on the specific model and local regulations. We manufacture both types.

Q10: Can you add our logo or brand?

Depending on the product model and order quantity, available options may include enclosure logos, customer brand labels, manuals, packaging, and selected interface elements. Mandatory product identification, safety information, and regulatory markings will remain subject to applicable requirements. We support OEM and private-label arrangements for qualified customers.

Q11: Can you customize the manual and packaging?

Yes, we support neutral or custom-printed packaging for export orders. English manuals are available for standard export products. Additional languages may be arranged subject to order quantity, translation requirements, and technical review. Q12: Do you support ODM?

ODM support is available on selected models, subject to engineering evaluation, MOQ, development time, tooling cost where applicable, and certification impact. Q14: How do I choose the right system size?

System sizing depends on daily energy consumption, peak and continuous load, critical loads, required backup duration, usable battery capacity, solar generation, installation conditions, and future expansion plans. We can provide a preliminary configuration recommendation based on the project information supplied by the customer. Please contact our team with your load profile and application details.

Q15: Can your inverters work with third-party batteries?

Compatibility between our inverters and third-party batteries depends on nominal voltage, BMS communication protocol (CAN/RS485), firmware version, charge/discharge limits, and the verified compatibility list for each inverter model. Please provide the exact battery and inverter model numbers so our technical team can verify compatibility before ordering.

Q16: Will it work with my local grid voltage?

We offer different voltage and frequency options for selected markets. To confirm compatibility, please provide your nominal grid voltage, frequency (50/60 Hz), phase configuration (single-phase, split-phase, or three-phase), grid connection requirements, and applicable local standards. We cannot confirm suitability based on voltage alone, as grid-connection rules vary by country and region.

Wi-Fi or remote monitoring is available on selected inverter and ESS models. Monitoring functions and platforms vary by model and may require an external communication module. Available monitoring data, such as battery SOC, PV generation, load consumption, and historical records, depends on the specific model. Q18: Can the system be expanded later?

System expansion is supported on selected models, subject to the maximum number of parallel units, same-model and same-voltage requirements, firmware compatibility, battery age and state-of-charge consistency, and configurations confirmed by the YOYANG TECH technical team. 5. Certification, Safety & Shipping

Q19: What certifications do your products carry?

Certification and test documentation vary by product model and destination market. Depending on the model, available documentation may include an EU Declaration of Conformity, a UN38.3 test summary, applicable IEC test reports, a RoHS declaration, and relevant transport documentation. Please provide the exact model, target country, application, and required certification. We distinguish between products designed to meet a standard and products that hold third-party certification.

Q20: What safety features are included?

LiFePO4 chemistry generally offers favorable thermal stability compared to some other lithium chemistries. Battery packs include a BMS with protection functions that vary by model. Depending on the model, these may include overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, overtemperature, and overcurrent protection. Correct installation, system design, and operating conditions remain essential. Installation must follow the product manual and applicable local regulations.

Shipping methods and documentation depend on the product, destination, order quantity, and carrier requirements. We support international shipments to many markets. 6. Ordering, Warranty & Support

Q23: What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the product model, customization scope, packaging requirements, and production arrangement. Sample or small-batch orders may be available for selected standard models. OEM and customized orders have separate MOQ requirements. The applicable MOQ will be confirmed in the quotation.

Q24: What are the lead times?

Lead time varies by product model, order quantity, customization, material availability, and production schedule. Standard production typically requires approximately 4–6 weeks from the start of production to ready-for-shipment. The confirmed lead time will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation for each order.

Q25: Can I mix different products in one container?

Mixed-SKU shipments combining batteries, inverters, and ESS units in one container may be possible, subject to packaging requirements, dangerous-goods regulations, carrier acceptance, and destination-country requirements. Our team can help plan the container loading to optimize shipping cost and match your product mix. Feasibility will be confirmed based on the specific products and destination.

Q26: What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (bank transfer) is the standard payment method. Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for large orders. Final payment terms will be stated in the pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Q27: What is the warranty period?

Warranty terms vary by product category: 5 years for battery packs, 1 year for electronic components, and 3–5 years for inverters depending on the enclosure IP rating. Q28: What after-sales support do you offer?

We provide installation manuals, remote troubleshooting assistance, configuration guidance, technical documentation, spare-parts coordination, and warranty claim support. For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we coordinate further action according to the warranty terms.
